Cone Beam CT Scan

CBCT scan provides high resolution 3-dimensional images, an important step in dental implant treatment planning. The images produced is used to virtually place implant(s) in the area of the best bone support and can indicate areas which may need bone grafting.

The CBCT scan is quick, convenient and has low dosage. Dose Reduction Mode optimizes the intensity of the x-rays, reducing the exposure to a mere 60% of the standard mode.

Eight fields of view ranging from small sections to full arch scans can be obtained using Veraviewpocs 3D R100, ensuring the most suitable type of scan for each individual’s diagnostic needs. Together with clinical examination, the CT image will be interpreted by our Oral Maxillofacial Radiologist dentist.
